The Arc of Monroe County offers employees a Flexible Benefit Plan with emphasis on qualify health care, wellness, flexibility, choice, and employee responsibility.
Major programs include health and dental insurance, auxiliary insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
We recognize that employees have different benefit needs that change over the course of their lives and careers.
Although Medical insurance is a primary benefit for employees and their families, Arc is pleased to offer Supplementary Insurances including but not exclusive of:
- Short Term Disability
- Term Life Insurance for self and spouse/child
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment
The Arc is committed to supporting employees adopting a healthier lifestyle and becoming healthier role models for individuals. Employees are encouraged to take a proactive approach by participating in Wellness programs offered by The Arc. Wellness programs include, but no exclusive of, knowing biometric vales, participation in Health Risk Assessment, on site Weight Watchers, corporate membership to RAC, and sponsored MVP programs.
