(September 25, 2017) Arc Foundation Day of Champions Putting Contest

The Arc Foundation of Monroe
Day of Champions Putting Contest
Monday, September 25, 2017 at Penfield Country Club

For 2017, we have decided to take a year off from our Day of Champions Tournament to regroup with our board, vendors, donors, and the community and determine the best course forward for our golf tournament in the future. Our team and the foundation board are already hard at work on a few extremely exciting possibilities that we know will be a terrific step forward for our organization and the event.

Keeping with the tradition of including the people we support in the golf tournament through our putting contest we invite you to join us on September 25, 2017 for our Day of Champions Putting Contest at Penfield Country Club from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.  After the contest we will all partake in a light refreshment reception back at the Penfield Clubhouse.

Penfield Country Club is a private golf and country club located in the rolling hills of Penfield, New York , a few miles east of Rochester, New York. Penfield Country Club has some of the best greens you will find in the Rochester area; providing a challenging, yet rewarding experience for all those who play.

Contest Premise

A group of people supported by the Arc will partner, one on one, with a community supporter, volunteer, or board member in an exhibition style Putting Contest for a chance to win one of our fantastic prizes.  The green will be set up with a few obstacles that will put participants putting prowess to the test and see who can use teamwork to overcome a challenge.

Schedule of Events

  • 3:30 p.m. – Registration
  • 4:00 p.m. – Putting Contest Start
  • 5:00 p.m. – Refreshment and Award Reception
