David Dean has officially started his new role as Senior Director of Community Services at The Arc of Monroe. He joins the agency with a wealth of experience in the IDD and Mental Health fields and has been leading diverse teams for many years. Since 2007, Dave has worked at Easterseals New Jersey where he provided oversight to the organization’s mental health case management, supportive housing, and day habilitation programs.
