Neil comes to The Arc with seven years of experience in the disability field, including working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Residential Habilitation Counselor, as well as in residential management, community habilitation, and fiscal intermediary services. He also worked for three years in senior care overseeing both private pay and affordable housing.
