Join us in kicking off Autism Awareness Month by participating in the first co-hosted roundtable event focused on the effects of transition now facing young adults with autism. Learn about employment readiness and transition services from our panel of specialists.
Hiring a person with a disability is not just something you do for charity or to bring diversity to your workforce, it’s good business. Our business partners see great reward in the ways it enhances company culture, can streamline task oriented work, and benefit your bottom line. This year’s keynote speaker will talk about the current landscape in workforce development and the opportunities available for businesses that are open to a partnership with the Arc, and the people we support.
The Arc’s newest event brings amateur and veteran outdoorsmen and woman together for a fun 50 clay tournament at Rochester Brooks Gun Club. Participants will be treated to a skeet warm up with local coaches, tournament play, shooting expedition exhibition, grilled streak and BBQ chicken dinner, raffles and giveaways.
July 29, 2017- Lewis General Tires “Classic Car Show” benefiting the Arc Foundation
Hosted by Lewis General Tires, this event brings together food trucks, live music, raffles, and a terrific selection of local classic cars to support the Arc Foundation.
Lewis General Tires first opened for automotive repairs, tire sales, and wheel sales in 1919. Located at 3870 West Henrietta Rd. in Rochester, NY. Now in their fourth generation of ownership, Lewises continues to offer a wide range of general automotive repair services to customers from Rochester, NY, Henrietta, NY, Brighton, NY, and other surrounding areas.

The Arc’s largest event celebrates the people we support, their families, and our generous community in an exciting themed cocktail party and dinner. In our second year, we will welcome over 300 guests from throughout the county with fantastic entertainment, making this special evening one you will not want to miss. Tickets include passed hors d’oeuvres, dinner stations, open bar, silent auction with sports memorabilia and unique items, including many from local artisans, and much more.
