BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT
The Arc of Monroe provides Behavior Management Service to parents and guardians supporting a person with I/DD in their home.
The Behavior Intervention Specialist provides a Functional Behavioral Assessment, Behavior Support Plan, and in-home behavior support, guidance and training.
Needs are met as required and as long as necessary. This may be two visits to the home or on an ongoing basis until the behavioral need is resolved.
