Join us as we celebrate our newest display of art in the Abundance Gallery & Cafe, featuring paintings, drawings, mixed media and fiber arts from members of the Community Arts Connection, an art-based day service through the Arc of Monroe, providing an array of arts-based opportunities that encourage creativity and self-expression. You’ll also enjoy live music from the Arc of Monroe’s Gregory Street Blues Band and a selection of food samples from the Abundance kitchen.

The Arc of Monroe has been supporting the Rochester community for over 60 years. They provide programs and services to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families, furthering their opportunities for independence.

Community Arts Connection programs include dance, music, and classes in the visual, fiber and literary arts. Artists, musicians and Dancers perform or show their talents at a variety of venues in Rochester including ROCO, Fringe Fest, Community centers, schools, libraries and local coffee shops.

Community Arts Connection will also be the August 2019 Abundance Round Up recipient. Show your support for this great program by rounding up your total at the register when you shop throughout the month of August!
