• ArcWorks is an integrated manufacturing business operated by The Arc of Monroe, which offers community prevocational services, preparing people to successfully secure paid employment in our community through a combination of classroom learning, work readiness skill building, and paid work activities.
• Culinary Career Prep (CCP) is an integrated, community prevocational program designed for people who are interested in preparing for a career in food service or related industries. CCP takes place at ArcDeli, a full-service cafeteria and catering business, operated by the Arc of Monroe County. – located in the Canal Side Business Center and at Al Sigl Center. People supported are provided a training wage while they are engaged in restaurant and catering activities.
