We’re inviting all Care Coordinators/Care Managers to join us for our next Lunch & Learn, when the topic will be: The Arc of Monroe’s Self-Direction Services.

Tammie Swaney, The Arc’s Self-Direction Manger, will discuss what potential services qualify under Self-Direction, the ideal candidate for Self-Direction, and the steps to enroll. After the presentation, Tammie will offer a question and answer session about this program.
