Lunch & Learn: Older Adult Day Services, Ballantyne & Silver Lining
Please join us for The Arc of Monroe’s next Program of Month highlighting our older adult Day Hab Programs, Ballantyne and Silver Lining.
Silver Lining is a retirement service for older, active adults, modeled after Day Hab Without Walls (DWOW). People are able to gather and enjoy “senior life” out and about in our community. Activities include participating in senior centers, fitness classes, volunteering, and visiting area attractions.
Ballantyne is a traditional, site-based Day Hab that has the resources to support specific needs of aging adults, including those with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Activities include horticulture, fitness, and music classes and many types of arts and crafts classes.
When: Wednesday, May 25, 2022
