The Arc of Monroe Offers Pay Announces Open Interview Event and Pay Increases for Direct Support Staff
Open Interviews: June 1st, 2021 from 9 am – 3 pm at 2060 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road
The Arc of Monroe will be hosting a Walk-In Open Interview Event on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021. The event will be held at 2060 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road. Candidates will have the opportunity to meet managers from each hiring department and to complete interviews on-the-spot.
The Arc of Monroe is hiring for Direct Support Professionals with a new starting pay of $15.75/hour within residential, and $15/hour in other direct support roles.
This starting salary pay increase, effective June 5th, will provide competitive wages to our frontline workers who are the backbone of our agency and allow us to continue to provide the highest-quality, person-centered services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Arc of Monroe is also hiring for all positions listed at arcmonroe.org/careers. Many of The Arc of Monroe’s open positions include a sign-on bonus if hired including:
- Direct Support Professional: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Community Support Professional: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Vehicle Operator: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Community Pre-Voc Specialist: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Licensed Practical Nurse: $1000 Sign-On Bonus
- Registered Nurse: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Assembly Operator: $500 Sign-On Bonus
Other open positions include: Quality Inspectors, Employment Specialist (bachelor’s degree required) and Maintenance Techs (building and grounds techs).
