The Arc of Monroe to Host Saturday Walk-in Open Interview Event April 24

Open positions include direct care, professional positions and sign-on bonuses.

The Arc of Monroe will be hosting a Walk-In Open Interview Event on Saturday, April 24 from 9 to 11 a.m. The event will be held at 2060 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road. Apply that day, and start as early as May!

The Arc of Monroe is hiring for all positions listed at ArcMonroe.org/Careers including direct care positions such as direct support professional (DSP), licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered nurses (RNs). Other open positions include vehicle operators, manufacturing, assembly operators and quality inspectors. Some jobs require a valid New York state driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

The Arc of Monroe has been providing a variety of programs and services for over 1,400 people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families in the Rochester community for over 60 years. The Arc works to create an inclusive society where the people we support may live truly integrated lives and reach their full potential as part of the community.

The Saturday, April 24^th walk-in event will include:

• On-the-spot interviews.
• Completion of background check paperwork.
• Option to discuss all open positions.
• Sign-on bonuses for many positions.

Many of The Arc of Monroe’s open positions include a sign-on bonus if hired including:

• Direct Support Professional: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Community Support Professional: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Vehicle Operator: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Community Pre-Voc Specialist: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus*
• Licensed Practical Nurse: $1000 Sign-On Bonus*
  *Paid in increments of $250, every three months for one year, as long as in good standing.
• Registered Nurse: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus**
  **$2,500 Sign On Bonus will be paid in increments of $1,250 at the completion of six months of successful employment and the additional $1,250 upon completion of 1 year successful employment, as long as in good standing.
• Assembly Operator: $500 Sign-On Bonus***
  ***$500 Sign-On Bonus will be paid in increments of $250, after 6 months and again at one year, as long as in good standing.
