Transition Planning Information Session
Please join us for The Arc of Monroe’s next Program of Month, for our topic: Adult Transition Planning for Students & People Supported with I/DD
Many students struggle with the question, “What am I going to do with my life after school?” Additionally, their families often times do not know where to begin or what the steps are involved the in the Transition Planning process.
The Arc of Monroe has put together this training specifically for Care Coordinators/Managers, Transition Specialists and Special Education Teachers to provide some timelines and best practices when assisting students with disabilities, and their families, in planning for their post-high school future. After the presentation, there will be a question and answer session with Arc of Monroe Community Outreach and Enrollment staff.
