The Arc Foundation of Monroe invites you to become a member of the Heilbronner Society, the Foundation’s leadership giving society.  Established in 2013, the Heilbronner Society has 140 members who believe strongly in our mission.  The Heilbronner Society recognizes those who make a pledge of $250 or more over four consecutive years, for a total commitment of $1,000 or more.

Among the programs the Society supports is the Arc’s Guardianship Program, which serves 40 men and women who have no family members to act as their guardian.  It is critical that these individuals get the personal attention and advocacy they deserve, especially as health and medical issues emerge in their twilight years.

Warren Heilbronner, a local attorney, has been a champion of the Guardianship Program for more than 30 years, volunteering countless hours for the program.  In addition, he and his wife, Joyce, have contributed to the Arc Foundation steadfastly for many years.  Their loyal support planted the seeds of a leadership giving program that will grow over time, with other agency friends following their example.
