Jeanette Dohner is currently employed at Ballantyne as a Team Leader and has been employed at the Arc of Monroe for 24 years! Starting at the Penfield house doing overnights then moving to a more traditional schedule. She even helped coordinate the house’s vacations. Jeanette eventually went back to school at MCC and Brockport where she earned an AAS in Human Services, a minor in Geriatrics, and started working on a BA in Recreation.  After this she began her role as Medical Liaison for three years.
