Debra Stauber started working at the Arc of Monroe in 1990 after graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Brockport.  As a Vocational Evaluator and Employment Specialist she was out in the community every day coaching people at their jobs, performing evaluations and assessments, and doing job development. Debra was recently promoted to Employment Specialist with Adult Project SEARCH. In her tenure Debra has moved between positions at the agency about which she says, “I look for opportunities to build new skill sets.” While learning new skills she still enjoys being out in the field and meeting new people.
