Antonietta Alfano is a Diet Technician working with individuals who live in our residential homes. She coaches both Arc of Monroe staff and residents on healthy eating while working closely with each person she supports on nutritional needs. To assist staff at each house, Antonietta will check receipts as needed to ensure healthy eating and recommends foods to purchase as needed for the individual’s diets as well as the rest of the home. Pam Furr is a wealth of knowledge having worn many hats over the 37 years she’s worked for the Arc of Monroe. This means she has seen the agency grow over time, along with the people we support.  She truly admires the mission of the agency and how it serves our community. What is Health Homes? The name is very deceiving. It should be called ‘Care Management’ because that’s what a Health Home does.
