ADULT PROJECT SEARCH®


The Arc of Monroe offers several Employment Readiness Services that provide various hands-on educational opportunities to prepare people with I/DD for competitive/community employment.

Adult Project SEARCH® is a business-led internship service that teaches participants relevant, marketable employment skills while immersing them in a community business environment.

Adult Project SEARCH® Details:

People receive employability skills and hands-on experience in various departments at the host business. Instructors, job coaches, and department managers work together to provide people with all the support and accommodations they need for success.

Eligible for Community Pre-Voc

Must be OPWDD waiver enrolled

Have a desire to work competitively
