What our Employment Specialists have to say...
"The growth I have seen with the people I support, whether they went on to supported employment or into another program, always makes me so proud of the work I do no matter how big or small."
"I have made numerous placements and supported many people over my 8 years. The stories I share and cherish the most are the people that I've worked with in the past that continue to contact me even after we stopped working together. The way we are able to impact people's lives is a far more rewarding success than any other job."
"One person that I support was having a very hard time at work with some co-workers and his behavior. I was able to support him in conversations with managers and co-workers to help him feel more comfortable at work and be successful. When I visited him the other day he thanked me and told me how much he loves his job. I love my job that much too."
