Clinic
The Arc of Monroe’s Arc Health Services has been providing therapeutic, habilitative and clinical services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community for more than 20 years.
Our out-patient Article 16 Clinic certified by NYS OPWDD annually serves more than 700 people with varying needs from Western and Central New York.
Outpatient Services include:
- Traditional services: psychiatry, social work counseling, physical therapy, speech therapy and nutrition
- Non-traditional services: identity, and interpersonal relationship groups
- Other: sexual consent determinations
Where do we provide services?
Our services are provided at our main site at 2060 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road. Our Ballantyne, Lambert Campus, Fairport Day Services, ArcWorks, and CAC locations also have satellite clinics where select services are provided.
Eligibility
- Open to those with I/DD
- Must be qualified for Medicaid and OPWDD services
