A: We provide services to eligible children in Community Residential Habilitation, Health Homes Care Management, and Cash Reimbursement programs. However, individuals must be 18 years old to live in our residences and a minimum of 21 years old to utilize our other programs and services.

ArcWorks vocational services is one of the only programs of its kind to achieve ISO 9001:2008 Registered, the highest level of international business quality standards.
We practice collaboration to meet the needs of the individuals we serve. Recent collaborations include partnerships with Lifespan, The Urban League, The Alzheimer Association, and the Arts & Cultural Council of Greater Rochester. We also work closely with all Monroe County School Districts.
The Arc collaborates with area colleges such as Nazareth College, University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology.
For over a decade, The Arc of Monroe and RIT College have maintained an educational collaborative, providing a week long collegiate experience for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
