A: We provide services to eligible children in Community Residential Habilitation, Health Homes Care Management, and Cash Reimbursement programs. However, individuals must be 18 years old to live in our residences and a minimum of 21 years old to utilize our other programs and services.
A: Individuals must meet the eligibility requirements as outlined by The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) in order to enroll in the programs and services offered at The Arc of Monroe County. For over a decade, The Arc of Monroe and RIT College have maintained an educational collaborative, providing a week long collegiate experience for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
