The Arc of Monroe provides psychiatric care for medication management by Dr. Susan Chlebowski, New York State Licensed Psychiatrist and Psychiatric Nurse, Maureen Kosmicki, RN.
Provides a Range of Services Including:
- Receptive and Expressive Language Assessments and Therapy
- Voice Therapy
- Phonological Processes
- Fluency Therapy
- Aural Rehabilitation
- Feeding & Swallowing Assessments (RX required)
- Methods and Needs: Sign Language; Electronic Devices; Picture/ Symbol systems
- Evaluation of Adaptive/ Augmentative/ Alternative Communication
Eligibility
- Arc Intake and enrollment process
- Active Medicaid
- Must be OPWDD Eligible
