Our Services
Supported Employment Services
The Arc of Monroe offers several Employment Readiness Services that provide various hands-on educational opportunities to prepare people with a variety of disabilities including people with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD), Autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities.
Employment Readiness
The Arc of Monroeās employment services team is ready to help with skills evaluation and readiness, training, placement, and ongoing job coaching. We meet a person where they are, with the services that best prepare them for satisfying competitive employment.
Day Habilitation
The day habilitation services throughout Monroe County give people opportunities to learn new skills, build lasting friendships and give back to their community.
Self Direction
The Arc of Monroe provides Self Direction, including FI and Broker Services. Self Direction gives individuals with developmental disabilities (or the people who support them) the ability to decide on a mix of supports and services that work best for their needs. They and their families choose how they receive them and who provides them.
Guardianship
The Arc of Monroe can provide guardianship services to those whose families are not able to do so. The Arc's Guardian Advocates become a part of a person's life, listening to their needs, and supporting them with important decisions in the areas of medical care, legal matters and finances.
Health Homes Care Management
Health Homes Care Management
The goal of the Health Home program is to make sure its members get the care and services they need. This may mean fewer trips to the emergency room or less time spent in the hospitals, getting regular care and services from doctors and providers, finding a safe place to live, and finding a way to get to medical appointments.
