Self Direction
The Arc of Monroe provides Self Direction, including FI and Broker Services. Self direction gives individuals with developmental disabilities (or the people who support them) the ability to decide on a mix of supports and services that work best for their needs. They and their families choose how they receive them and who provides them.
Self-Direction has the potential to provide:
- Community Habilitation Staff
- Respite Staff
- Support Broker
- Fiscal Intermediary
- Housing Subsidy
- Family Reimbursement Respite
- Family Support Services
