Our innovative 5-Week program for Direct Support Professionals kicks-off February 14th!

At The Arc of Monroe, Direct Support Professionals – DSPs – help those with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live in the community and enhance their independence through development of life skills, while ensuring safety and wellness.

Thousands of people with developmental disabilities rely on DSPs every day for help with life’s essential activities. These include getting out of bed, getting dressed, going to the bathroom, finding a job, and getting to work.

This unique course will help train you to become a DSP and begin a career you can be passionate about.
