Family ReimbursementThis no-cost service can help alleviate expenses related to caring for someone with disabilities. Expenses available for reimbursement include, but are not limited to: uncovered medical care, transportation, adaptive equipment, and therapies.
Behavior ManagementThe Arc of Monroe provides Behavior Management Service to parents and guardians supporting a person with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their home. The Behavior Management Specialist visits the home to evaluate the person and develop a support plan. Then, they teach the family effective tools and guide them on ways to help their loved one be as successful as possible.
ROC Your FlightThis no-cost service prepares people and their families for flying out of the Greater Rochester International Airport. Traveling through a busy airport can be stressful. We make it fun and easy while families practice going through security, and even boarding a plane.
Community HabilitationThis service at the Arc of Monroe helps people become as independent as possible by building daily living skills in the community while getting the opportunity to try new things and explore fun activities.
